We had a wonderful time at this traditional style onsen! I had never stayed at a ryokan before and found this a great experience. We stayed one night during January in-between visiting Tokyo and Kyoto. It was easy to get there by highway bus. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly - thanks to all of them! When we were checking-in, there was a couple from Australia and a family from China so they definitely see guests from all over the world. This Ryokan has a very traditional “family run bed-and-breakfast” feel to it compared to some of the other ryokan in the area that seem to aim more for western spa. The rooms are fairly basic - but comfortable and clean. The real star of experience is the delicious breakfast and dinner as well as the relaxing onsen. The meals include assorted vegetables, fishes, and other small plates. Very delicious. One hour of private onsen access is included each day and features natural hot mineral spring waters, hot rinsing baths, and cold showers. If you are looking for private access to an onsen at a reasonable rate this is a great place to stay! I would definitely return.

Beautiful traditional hotel! Everyone is super friendly and helpful at the reception (both the lady and the man) and at dinner. The rooms are spacious and clean with all amenities needed. The dinner is outstanding, a variety of Japanese dishes of highest quality. The Onsen is exactly what you need after a long day out. Parking is right infront of the hotel. Come here!

We spent one night during our Japan round trip. It was such a great experience and we can really recommend the kaiseki dinner and breakfast! The private onsen can be reserved for 50 minutes (for free). Must do, when you're in Hakone!!

Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are traditional japanese and get to experience the culture. The breakfast and dinner is so good and cannot fault the service of the staff. The onsen is great as it will be just for you to relax and enjoy. There are buses to go to the hotel from Odawara station and Hakone-Yumoto station. Overall we had an awesome experience in this hotel.

A cozy and compact Ryokan with highlight of great food and delightful onsen. There are about 9-10 rooms with traditional setting. 2 onsen baths with available for private use for 50min each. The onsen on left on entrance is good for 4, and the one on the right is good for 3. There are 2 baths in each onsen rooms. One inner with clear water, one outer with volcanic water whitish. Temperature at 42°C, both. The food, both breakfast and dinner, should be describe as feast. Presentation is also amazing to the eye. I will let the photos speak for themselves. The menu is on 3 days rotation. So plan your stay. It's a about 5-10 walk from nearest bus stop if you are taking public transportation. Lawson and Family Mart also 10 min walk away.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
