The front desk staff at this hotel exhibits a cold attitude towards day-trip visitors. When you pass through the front desk, there is an unspoken pressure, and a sense of tension prevails. Is this truly acceptable? Despite having stayed here many times. The hot springs are exceptional. The bathrooms are clean, and with a golf course on the premises, the view is breathtaking. The hotel's facilities and the moss-covered courtyard are delightful. Its distance from the station results in a tranquil atmosphere. Cleanliness is also well-maintained. Regrettably, the front staff lacks in hospitality. In recent years, some young staff members have shown hidden potential. It might be time to consider a change in on-site management. Despite being a loyal customer for nearly a decade, there is a complete absence of hospitality or a welcoming atmosphere.

came here with my family and had an amazing stay here :D definitely the best stay we've had in japan! the staff here was very nice and attentive while the rooms were nice, clean and spacious. there were various amenities accessible to us, including the onsen which was incredible! the only downside i can think of is the location as it's a bit far from odawara station but that's the tradeoff for the amazing location. with proper planning, i think this hotel is relatively easy to get to and they also have shuttles between ashinoyu bus stop or odawara station. would definitely come back to this exact hotel if i ever come back to hakone :D thank u for the amazing stay and the staff for everything they do!

The location is a bit far from the Hakone Yumoto station, but it is very beautiful and I even found snow at this hotel because of its high location. I chose a ryokan type room and was very satisfied because everything was perfect, both in terms of cleanliness and the facilities inside. What is more impressive, I left my wallet containing my passport and money in the safe deposit, and only realized it after we arrived in Tokyo. I immediately called the hotel staff and they immediately sent the wallet via courier. The next day it arrived, and everything in the wallet was not lost or damaged. It is not surprising as that is one of the strengths of Japan.

Booked for 3 days 2 nights. Overall it was a pleasant trip. Room was spacious, food are awesome, the onzen/outdoor hotspring was amazing. Service also top class. We are a member of the seibu group price hotel and we use their hotels at least once a year. However the only thibg that made me to give 4 out of 5 was one of the staff who arrange our futon apparently had a really stinky feet. Even after the person left the room, the smell was there for sometime. So i advise the hotel management to be more strict with the hygiene of the staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
