Hot water and water pressure is good for the shower. 24hr check-in/out is most convenient for me. Smoke smell very strong, toilet had just been used (obviously not washed/disinfected). Missing CR tissue. Missing second pair of shower slippers provided. Two free breakfasts was ordered and at what time I would like like it delivered to room (any time from 9am-12noon). I requested 9am. I had to go out to front desk at 10:30am to ask for it because the in-room phone was not working. The staff said that they needed hot water for the instant coffee and would go get it now. It was delivered to my room with me while I walked from front desk. While at front desk, I also asked for CR tissue because there was none when I checked in. The manager mentioned to just call next time that I don't have to go to front desk in person. At that time I mentioned that the cord is missing. He did find one of the second pair of shower slippers tucked under where the phone cord should be. The same staff that delivered my breakfast had brought CR tissue within a few minutes after dropping off the food. I told him also about the he phone missing the cord, he verified that it was indeed missing. It has been a few hours and haven't needed to call front desk but I will ask in person later on. Convience of ordering room service is a plus but phone is missing cord from unit to wall. Asked for one but will ask for it again later. If you need stuff just ask the staff. Maybe have to ask twice. I am not in a hurry. I am usually relaxed and don't complain. So, I can live with the small silly stuff, no problem. Arriving at 5am after riding the bus for over 10hours . . . I was just happy to lay my head down, wherever felt safe/secure and out of the rain ☔. If I don't expect much then, I guess, I won't be disappointed.🙃

I am super tired and sleepy! The room attendant was very accomodated he approach me coming and immediately bring in the room. The room was maintained clean. So wide place more than i am expecting” worth more than the price. There is tv, aircon and hot and cold water that you can really relax. And a peacful place.thank you amd godbless! More power to you Halina!

It's Ok. And close to the U.S.VA Outpatient clinic in case you arrive early or to late for your appointment and need a place close by to spend the night. Rooms are outdated and somewhat clean. The complementary breakfast is lacking, with instant coffee and only one egg per serving.

Nothing special,I stayed here when I visited VA Manila nearby,they have food but then again,there are plenty of places to stay around there,looked clean but the mosquitos can lift you off your bed so I recomend countermeasures,the place is actually a couple's rendezvous place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
