At first, their service was ok. Upgraded our room to deluxe. When we arrived at our room, we checked the bathroom and towels. Towels given were dirty with shoe marks. We requested housekeeping for a new one but delivered it the next day! No hot shower. Linens are off white color. Fridge can't even cool our drinks for the night. We were informed late that buffet breakfast was available event tho we inquire before we booked the room. We opt to order breakfast from foodpanda and ask the receptionist if they can receive it. They answered yes and tgat they will deliver our food on our room. We waited but still haven't got our food so we decided to call the front desk, they told us just to pick up our food ourselves. Guest elevators are slow and deliveries from their suppliers use the same elevator.

In my 8 or more days staying here, i am very at is and comfortable because, the staff were so very approachable. Friendly and they were my friends aldready. Your luggage is safe, assisted you in all your needs. The hotel was very safe, clean, well-maintain, they have food offers, the aminities are complete and good condition. It really amazing because it was very affordable and budget friendly night stay for only 650 for 12 hours every weekdays, friday until sunday was 850. But then, it was the only one hotel i had found so very cheap and very quality value for money. They also very helpful in all your inquiry. No need to worry because they also have a grab taxi budget friendly to drive you wherever you go. And most of all the hotel located near all, just turn your google map and very accessible to all malls, hospitals, government offices like DFA, pag ibig office is at the back only of the hotel, and many more, jeepneys, there’s a 7/11, jollibee, mercury drug store, foods at very budget friendly tapsilogan, and lutong bahay, police station, gas station, ukay fashion boutique, pasay market. The staff were so very charming on their smile always and nice. Godbless travellers and thank you , staff management and halina hotel for making my days and nights so great experience😃😇

pros: has parking, accomodating staff, kinda complete toiletries (no tissue provided), room accessories (tv w/cable&netflix/blanket, cons: needs renovation! doorkob is broken, lavatory and drain are clogged, shower system is not working properly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
