Rooms small and smelt like the windows hadn’t been opened in weeks. Ladies at the desk didn’t speak English well. hair EVERYWHERE! Not even kidding… in the bed, in our soap? In our teacups…and of course in the food. not worth it for any price.

My stay at the Halios Halong Hotel was undoubtedly a positive experience. The excellent location of the hotel allowed me to easily access all the attractions and activities in the area. Furthermore, the internet was of high quality and reliability, which was crucial for both my business and leisure trips. The outstanding aspect of my stay was unquestionably the excellent service I enjoyed. I would like to particularly mention Anna, who was extremely attentive and helpful throughout my entire stay. Anna went above and beyond to ensure that all my requests, questions, and even potential issues were addressed promptly and efficiently. Her care and professionalism made my stay truly memorable. One of the most noteworthy things Anna did for me was independently plan my departure schedule, ensuring that I could enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the morning and still make it to the airport in time for my flight. This was extremely helpful and greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I must mention that the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. While the quality of the food was good, I would have preferred a greater variety of options to cater to different tastes. Additionally, the promised garden view was quite disappointing. However, these were the only minor drawbacks in an otherwise outstanding stay. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend the Halios Halong Hotel, especially due to the exceptional service provided by Anna and the entire staff, as well as the excellent location and internet connection. If you are looking for a stay with first-class service, personal attention, a prime location, and great internet access, you are definitely in the right place.

The room was spacious and elegantly designed. Breakfast wasn't particularly enticing but overall quality is recommended. Receptionists were also supportive in their role.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
