All the location, service and the room is very nice. But what disappointment us is the breakfast for morning. Lack of choices and the food is cold, actually if the breakfast can improve and add on some pastry or egg choices then the whole quality of hotel will improve. Can increase the price too maybe like Rm10-20. But overall it was a nice hotel 🏨 for us to stay

Clean budget hotel. First time checking in this budget hotel, in between Portuguese Settlement and Old Town. I wanted to avoid the holiday traffic when driving to the Portuguese Settlement on Christmas Eve. I didn't have breakfast, it has nothing that I like. I had a sip of the kopi. The bathroom design can be improved. I wished the hotel would not put a transparent fridge with light, it shined directly towards the bed when I tried to get a dark room for a good sleep. The hotel should be designed to improve the quality of rest for the guests.

Honest review. I never know there's such a nice hotel in malacca.. Clean, easy free parking inside the hotel surrounding, easy access to many places, banks and friendly staff. Room and toilet high class..

lovely hotel with awesome views at the rooftop swimming pool. you can see the mountains and the city. the swimming pool is warm. it would be perfect if pool towels are provided, as it can be cold when you get out of the water. the room is quite spacious. there is an extra pillow in the cupboard. remember to switch on the water heater for hot water 30 minutes before using the shower. there are many sofas at the lobby area next to the cafe. the breakfast buffet is at the block behind the main building. quite a spread but we didn't try. the staff are patient and calm even when we enquire about the malacca tax in addition to the tourism tax.

The hotel offers great value for money. The Family Suite is 𝗛𝗨𝗚𝗘, perfect for a family of four. While the fixtures and furniture may look a little ’seasoned’, the room is quiet and cozy. A lovely place with very friendly people too. The Front Desk Manager - 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿, was very helpful and accommodating.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
