I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Halona Hotel, a luxurious 5-star establishment. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who ensured a seamless check-in process. The place was dirty, and there were stains on the bed sheets. There was mold all over the room and the bathrooms. Spiderwebs, spiders, and ants everywhere. I even saw a cockroach... Apparently, this is a 3-star hotel? More like a 0-star MOTEL. Service was bad. Manager said it was our fault for not letting them know ahead of time and forced us to pay 50% of the original price for one day when we said we wanted to check out early because of how bad everything was there. Do I recommend this place? If you are okay living in dirt, then sure! If not, go somewhere else. There are other hotels that are much better. I recommend looking for other places near the night market. If you're looking for affordable, cheap places to stay at, then a good tip is to look for newly built hotels since they're clean for the most part. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. For your sake.
