We absolutely loved our cruise with Royal Palace. Alex and his staff are fantastic, friendly, attentive and informative. The food was plentiful and tasty- we enjoyed every meal. Our room was spacious and the views across the bay are breathtaking at all times. Being a mid size ship, have us the opportunity to speak with all guests on board and also with Alex if needed without being overwhelmed by the size of the ship and too many guests on board. We would absolutely return and sail with Alex and his team again.

Had an amazing experience with royal palace cruise, the staff were all so friendly and they even spent New Year’s Eve celebrating with us! The activities were great but unfortunately only got 45 minutes to an hour per activity The tour guide violet was very knowledgeable about the areas we were visiting and we overall had a great experience Check out was at 9am so you don’t have the luxury of using your room for the three hours after you are on the boat Meals were delicious and plentiful and had lots of variety for vegetarians

Worth doing ha long bay for a night instead of the day tour to avoid crowds more. The boat is beautiful, the rooms are clean and the staff is so nice. Food was good and lots of it!

We booked Royal Palace Cruise online and when we arrived we were upgraded to a better room with a balcony which was great! The activities were all as advertised and we had plenty of time to explore Titop Island and go kayaking. Our tour guide, Alex, was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable throughout the cruise. The food was good and plentiful, and they also accommodated my peanut allergy (something that has been difficult in other parts of Vietnam). The cruise was great value for money and we got a complete Ha Long Bay experience. :)

We just finished our cruise of 3 days and 2 nights in the Royal Palace! We had the « honeymoon » room and it was confortable and convenient. But we were disappointed by: - First meal served on board was not good and not enough, we were craving for food all afternoon, - The food is good but we were expected to have Vietnamese food as described previously - attractions were so crowded, boats should not go at the same time to the places - Wifi does not work - Ha long bay was so dirty… - the guide is ok Overall the cruise was okay but we were expected more.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
