Good-sized clean and modern room. I booked the Premium Terrace Room. It was spacious with a nice outdoor sitting area. Plenty of power points around the room and the bathroom was also big and spacious, pretty much as pictured in the hotel website. The front desk staff were very helpful with requests and most of the staff were very proficient in English. I checked out at 5am and there was just 1 staff on service so the poor young man had to fulfil multiple roles of helping my party of 3 rooms move our multiple pieces of luggage down and handle check out as well. It might be a good idea to move the luggage down the night before in the case of such early check out.

The hotel room is very clean, and it's excellent for the price. There's a central area with many restaurants about a 15-minute walk away. Additionally, there's a market right in front, making it very convenient. The Narita Airport limousine stop is a 5-minute walk, which is incredibly convenient. I highly recommend the complimentary essential oils provided at the hotel entrance – the scent is fantastic.

We booked 2 Family Rooms at this hotel for a week and we were very impressed with the service more than the hotel. We can attest that they have a 5 star hotel-like service, way more 5-star service than the other 5-star hotels that I know of so yes, I highly, very highly recommend this to travelers. It may not be in the busy central of Tokyo but it gives you peace of mind every time you go back to relax and have your dinner, lunch, breakfast or snacks. The area, Nihonbashi Hamacho, has a lot to offer! Thank you, Hamacho Hotel! You're the best as you had given us a good first time experience in Japan.

Hamacho Hotel is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We had asked for a handicap accessible room as one of us has a spinal disability, and they upgraded us for free to one of their nicest rooms on a top floor in the corner. It’s spacious, beautifully laid out, and the view of downtown Tokyo is just gorgeous. You are also given complimentary bottled water, bathrobes, and slippers. They have a lovely restaurant and a craft-chocolate cafe on their first floor, coin laundry and a vending machine on their 4th, a complimentary bath salts bar in the long which is just lovely, and the Hotel itself has a lovely calm, high-class atmosphere. It also has great views from the upper floors and is located close to several train stations. It’s also within walking distance of lots of great hole-in-the-wall places, and there’s a little supermarket directly across the road if you forget anything while travelling. We would definitely recommend - the staff are so lovely and polite as well!!

I absolutely love this place. I had 4 hotels during my stay in Japan (Tokyo to Kyoto to Fujiyoshida to Tokyo) and this one was definitely a favorite in my group. Location wise, great. It was a quiet area and I got great sleep. The station is fairly close and there are some good places to eat arounf the area. Staff was great and the rooms were good for a single person like me or for a couple like my sister and her fiance. Super clean and overall cozy. If I go back to Tokyo, I'll most definitely book here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
