This hotel is the best in the area. I was very pleased in my stay. Great service and very nice people and great breakfast. The rooms were small but not problem because we were outside whole day, room cleaning they should work on it specially under the beds. I highly recommend

We had a great stay at this hotel. All staff is very respectful and kind, room is very clean, the swimming pool was also nice all services were excellent. good things to say about them. we feel home.Also close to supermarket, exchange and travel agencies. we would like to thank YUSUF who help us lot.

I ve just spent a whole week in this hotel, and here is my honest review : Pros : Well located in terms of proximity to the metro ( to take you to taksim sisli and whenever you want ) also to the Tramway : topkapi, grand bazar, aya sofia ( to which you can walk for 25 min ) Also breakfast was good and the Staff is very nice. Cons: The rooms are a little bit tiny but its okay

Amazing staff and wonderful service! The communication was very smooth and easy. The breakfast buffet provides lots of varieties. The spa was a bonus. It isn’t very big but good enough. They also have sauna and hamam as well as massage, really great for relaxing. We totally enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this to everyone. Also, worth mentioning that I forgot a piece of bag and remembered about it when we are already back in our home country. I asked them and it was still there. And the process to have it delivered was so smooth.

Awful experience. Checked midnight to find out our room was in -1 basement level.. building next door sharing a wall with room side had constant drilling. Worst experience I have ever had. Worth mentioning staff offered to change the room to same side room one floor above on the next day but it would solve any issues.. false advertising and misrepresented. Oh btw breakfast was ok but u have to go 2 floor below same goes for 3x5 meter swanning pool in -3 floor..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
