We are right next to the train lines which is noisy with the window open, but fine when closed. People here are very helpful and friendly and the breakfast is of good variety and value. The rooms are lovely and modern, also very clean. I would definitely recommend 🙂

This is usually my preferred hotel chain for work and sometimes I book here for my leisure time. Unfortunately the service wasn't great this time. When i arrived they forget my water (i am Silver member). Next day, I changed room because the one I had was in front of the railway, so it was super noice the whole night. They Lady that helped me, solved it but she was annoyed the whole time. The following days everything was great, the stuff that was attending during breakfast was great! They made me look more positivity about the whole thing. The location was great for me since I was attending an event in Berlin west. It is a very nice area. The gym was great! Overall 4*

It was a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast is a huge spread and the bar is open 24 hours. I stayed for the marathon and the location was wonderful and close to the train. Don't let the train tracks scare you away from staying here. Our room was right on the tracks and the trains are very quiet. You really have to try to hear them.

Love this hotel. Great location with interesting shops, bars, restaurants and galleries all within 5 minutes walking. The only disappointment is the breakfast. The hot items were all stone cold with no variation day by day.
