Great hotel near to Bristol airport, a late flight home, walked to hotel had a wine before settling down. It was an icy night, you ring reception to have heating put on, ours did not stay on, a chilly night in bed. Breakfast good.

Great location. A 5 min walk to the terminal. The staff are incredible. Krystyna at reception gave us really good recommendations for our holiday as we were visiting her home country. As well as Tom (he was also polish) at reception who also helped us out on where to visit. Breakfast was brilliant and started at 4 which was so helpful as we had a 6am flight. Made our the start of our holiday very stress free and we couldn’t fault anyone. Thank you Krystyna :)

I asked a staff member called Kim for honey to put into my tea. They usually don't provide it, and I said it's fine I can live without honey in my tea, but she really insisted on getting honey for my tea, went away for a minute and got me a pack of honey! She did an extra effort to make me happy! Rooms are totally fine, and everything else, except for the food! It doesn't seem of good quality.

I stayed here before an early flight and found the hotel staff to be friendly and helpful. Check-in the evening before was a little slow because there was a queue, however this was down to some customers being quite demanding rather than the lack of or efficiency of the hotel staff. When I got to the front of the queue I was checked in very quickly. If you have paid for breakfast but have an early flight you will be offered a breakfast bag which you can pick up at the reception before you checkout. The room was pretty standard and had what I needed, no massive frills but most importantly it was clean and soundproof so I didn’t get woken by other guests or the sounds of planes. Currently (Oct 2023) there is building work around the hotel entrance which means sign posting isn’t that obvious, but it is still accessible and lit well. The hotel is very near the airport entrance and bus and taxi tanks so location wise it is fantastic. I would say that the per night rate reflects the location more than the standard of the rooms.

Nice hotel, great staff, not had a bad staff member yet, food is expensive but very nice, and right outside of the airport what do you expect. Not even a 5 min walk into the bag drop terminal or security. Very accommodating staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
