🚅 Located close to a subway station connecting to other parts of the city, as well as close to bus stops. That being said, it’s right in the city centre so most places are within walking distance 🛏️ The hotel itself is quite new and modern. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our favorite feature was the shower. Amazing water pressure, almost felt like you were in an actual spa 🙋🏻‍♂️ Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, looking to accommodate our every need. There was always someone at the front desk. Luggage storage is offered as well as an amazing breakfast

Beautiful new hotel in center of Budapest. Rooms are very clean, very well equipped. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, bathroom is really nice with all thing you need. Position of hotel is great value point for visiting center of Budapest on foot. It has underground garage which is paying, were we leaved the car 2 day we were in Budapest. Very good hotel, with excellent position, it's rated 3 stars but it's definitely worth 4 stars. Recommend for visiting center of Budapest. Will come again for sure.

This place is literally new and so the quality of facilities is still beautiful. My queen bed room was bigger than the pics show, very clean, heating and cooling work perfectly, bed and pillows very comfy too. To note, this room had a mini fridge in addition to basic tea/coffee equipment. The fridge wasn't mentioned in the spec, so very happy for it. Breakfast is fine and functional - some hot egg options, sausages, with yoghurts, cereals, cold meats and cheeses. The bathroom is well lit, huge and has all your basics - body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hand wash and body lotion. When you combine a perfect central location, with newly equipped functional spaces, you have a hotel that provides its money's worth. Recommend for comfort, convenience and excellent location

Beautiful new hotel in a great location close to the subway stop and the Budapest City Centre. I was warmly greeted when I checked in for my stay from 4-6 October. The lady at the front desk thanked me for being a Diamond status member and immediately presented me with a voucher for a free drink. The room was spotless, bright, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious and offered an assortment of meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, fruit, some vegetables, juices, coffee. They had a waffle maker too which was a nice option. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

I was actually really excited about this new Hilton property opening in Budapest, which I visit often. But I am just sorry to say this Hotel is falling by too many chains standards. The rooms are not well equipped , most of them don’t even have a desk and the ones that do have one it’s very small and not comfortable. Some rooms are very strangely designed, and not so appealing and welcoming The mattresses they use are extremely extremely hard almost in Chinese mattresses standards This is one of the things Hilton known about having almost same bedding in all of their hotels. When I raised the problem the first time, the guy reception said they get this a lot, and they have no really solutions for that but they can put a blanket on the mattress to make it a little bit softer. it actually didn’t help enough but the second time I approached the receptionist he just said there’s nothing we can do about it I have to say the rooms and the entire place are extremely clean and well-maintained. Service is not consistent sometimes the bed will be well organized and sometimes you just feel like they’re doing you a favor coming to make up your room. The side of my bed was sticky and disgusting. On my second day, I asked for toothbrush, and they said they run out of the free ones so they tried to sell me a toothbrush 🤦🏼‍♂️ It’s important to know that sometime, they will ask you to come down to the reception to take things because they have nobody to bring it up to your room The room which I got had a very strange design and the windows was weird and very hard to operate WiFi is horrible!! Its disconnect every few minutes and u have to reconnect and type the password every time. Overall, not the best experience not what I expecting from a property under the Hilton chain, which I mostly choose as a diamond member

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
