        I was welcomed by Arab guys in the reception. They were welcoming and respectful. Overall, the place is tidy. At their restaurant, I ate the salmon for dinner, which was tasty and not expensive. It would be nice to have dental kits and slippers in the rooms. The view was not great from the room. The TV didn't have enough channels. The gym is small. There is no pool.

        Clean, nice hotel for one night stay. The location was very good, central and easy to access from metro station walking. There is a security guard on the premises. The room was nice and I had a good night sleep. I did not enjoy the slow check in especially that I arrived around midnight and wanted just to rest.

        This Hotel is in a great location, close to the corniche. Very convenient if you want to walk around in the evening especially in the winter season. The Hotel is very typical of the Hampton chain, clean, functional and comfortable. Having sustained a fall during my stay as the result of an employee mopping the floors, leaving them wet with no warning sign and walking away was not what I had planned on. It demonstrated a lack of training however, in fairness the manager did respond immediately once I made my way to the front desk and committed to investigate.

        Its location was really good and the breakfast was exceptional. It had a great value for money. Adil at the restaurant was a great help so as the guys at the entrance. However , the politeness of the reception staff is questionable as there was a receptionist named Susan who refused to help me when requested help to carry heavy luggages to the room on arrival. She did the same on the day of departure and basically told me to carry my own luggages down by myself. If the luggages weren’t heavy I wouldn’t have requested for assistance however her impolite nature was beyond belief. Once spoken to her on a very serious manner only she unwillingly sent someone to help with the luggages. I hope the management would take this into consideration and take action on the same as the Face of the Hotel and Good Name of the hotel is tarnished by the unprofessional actions of the staff like Susan. Also , this incident took place on the morning of 1st of January and I guess it’s not a great way to start the new year for anyone by spoiling their morning by the ways of unprofessional behavior of staff members.

        Only downside was a lack of restaurant, however the BBQ just down the road offered a discount if you stayed in this hotel. Bring your room key and the sleeve the hotel gives you to hold the key when going there. Our view was amazing. The shower was great and the bed comfy. Would stay again.
