This place is slightly away from the main tourist spots of Bur Dubai and Deira. The rooms are cozy,clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful. Loved the breakfast specially the waffles and selection of Cheese. Room service is good. There is a super market Right next door and lot of restaurants nearby. Check in and check out was very smooth.

Location was good for those coming from Airport and have to do with DAFZA … Hotel rooms were average … Toiletries were minimal…. breakfast options was good but not best … Restaurant in house was not very good …No room service options… Overall an average hotel but really not worthy if you coming as a visit to Dubai… For work related travels it good

Location of this hotel is almost in the middle of the city n near to the airport, city Deira n restaurants etc. Hotel is well maintained n clean. Room amenities are sufficient. Iron stand, hair dryer, tea coffee, toiletries etc are provided. Room cleaning is regular and on time. Pool place is nice too. Breakfast is fine but the Indian dishes they add are tasteless. Over all it’s a comfortable place. We spent 6 nights n were comfortable . Recommend

Good hotel. It's a new property with spacious rooms and a well maintained swimming pool. Well connected to metro station and bus station. Breakfast is good 9/10. It has a fantastic restaurant named Fisherman's Hub on the first floor next to the pool which serves spot on food. Overall we had a good stay with kids!

Poor room service. No concierge service. Deal with your own bags is what was told. Bathtub access is too high for an average person and it is an accident and major injury waiting to happen. For the room rent I paid, it’s not worth it. Gave it a try twice and will never again stay here.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
