Best hotel ever!! Breakfast is fabulous and had a great selection. Room was perfect and very comfortable. Also very clean. Staff very lovely and let us check in at 2 am due to a very delayed flight. Hotel is close to the old town about a 15 minute walk. Also a 5 minute walk to a shopping centre with lots of popular restaurants and entertainment. Hotel is also close to the airport so it’s the perfect location. Will definitely be returning to Edinburgh and staying at this hotel. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Edinburgh. There is a lebanese restaurant in the hotel we however did not visit this restaurant but the food smelt lovely and they do good deals (main course and 2 sided for £13). There is a bar in the lobby.

Stayed at the hotel in mid-November of last year, and it was a pleasant stay with nice rooms, except for the last day of our stay that put a damper on our lovely Edinburgh trip. Before going to breakfast at 10 am, we requested the room until 2 pm as our flight was later on that day. No problem, paid a small fee, and went on our merry way. When we got back to the hotel at 1:30 pm, our cards weren’t working, so I headed to the reception desk where an unfriendly Eastern European-looking woman looked at me and barked at us, saying that check out was at 12. I assured her that we paid a fee to keep the room until 2 pm. Her colleague (lady in a headscarf - total sweetheart) let her know that it was okay and that we paid. Even after that, she gave us an annoyed look and gave us one card. Upon asking if she can reactivate both cards, she briefly exclaimed that one would be enough? Is this how people are treated in this establishment? That woman needs to be trained properly; the rest of the staff were lovely. Left a sour taste in our mouths upon leaving. What a shame!

Nice location, took us about 20 minutes to get to princes street with a nice walk, greeted by nice friendly people when you arrive and a warm atmosphere, people enjoying a nice drink in the ample seating area. The room was pretty average hotel room but there were strange scuff marks on the wall, if you close the bathroom door all the moisture from the shower goes directly to the cupboard where you hang your clothes as the extraction is pretty useless also no toilet brush!? Bed was pretty comfy, pillows especially! Breakfast was nice, that bacon was perfection every morning, Great place for a quick and cheap get away

Stayed for three nights. The hotel met every of my expectations. Freshly made breakfast with variety of options to choose from. The staff are very welcoming and professional. Clean and spacious room, requested for a change of room and it was promptly responded to. Overall, I rate the hotel 4/5.

A fantastic hotel with a great breakfast buffet. Stayed here for a total of 3 nights and the bed was very comfortable. Shower was nice along with great selection of soaps. About a 10 minute journey by tram into Edinburgh centre. If you're fit enough you can walk to the centre in 20. Nice selection of nearby restaurants too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
