        Clean, decent and nice hotel. It is good for a short visit. Temperature of the rooms are just fine, not too cold or not too hot. For me, i think there should be more amenities in the bathroom. There is an iron in the room for your clothes. The size of the room is good. For the breakfast it is good for one day visit but after a couple of days it can be a boring repetition. Location is perfect.

        The room was very nice and well equipped, but unfortunately the air conditioning switched off at night and could not be switched on again, so it was very warm and humid in the room. The breakfast was really only average, something I was not used to from Hilton. At my request a taxi was ordered to the airport, price about 80Lira. At my destination, the taxi driver nevertheless tried to demand 160Lira, then 120Lira. I find this extremely unpleasant! How can the hotel cooperate with such drivers?

        The room is quite small for 2 adults and a child. When the sofa is stretched out, you practically have no room left in the room. Also, if a fairly large balcony is still available, I think a table and two chairs would be necessary on this balcony. Breakfast was quite good.

        Scammer in a Turkish hotel, unscrupulous, it doesn't matter if you have just had stomach surgery, she will take the money from you and if not, she threatens you.Hello, of course I'm going to give you details, I arrived on Thursday the 11th from the hospital to have a stomach operation and on Friday the 12th, when I went down with my wife to have breakfast, this person started harassing me, which made me feel uncomfortable. I went out to the street and breathed and this woman came to me talking about a free tour that the hotel gives to people who come to have surgery, I told her that I would think about it, but she insisted and I was forced, then she asked me to pay for it. in euros in cash which, there is no registration in the hotel, but in my bank account having withdrawn from a nearby ATM. She gave me the tour very nice and I said well, it is very expensive and she would not allow me to retract it, because he told me that I would have a fine of 1500 euros from the hotel and that I would have to leave the hotel. The tour that was not a tour was a driver who would take you anywhere in Istanbul and leave you outside on the street with temperatures below zero and recently operated. What would have happened if I had had a medical complication? Obviously I was only out for 4 hours because my body couldn't take it anymore and I felt symptoms of being sick, with dizziness, tiredness and shortness of breath. When I got to the hotel she had already disappeared. The next day he tried to scam me again and I told him to stay away from me.         This hotel is a Hampton by Hilton. But the quality of the hotel and the services are above the requirements of Hampton very similar to 5 star. Located nicely in the midst of shopping places and restaurants.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
