This hotel is the only place I stay in London when I travel here for vacation about once a month. I never have any issues checking in and the staff is absolutely amazing. I checked in yesterday around 8am (1/19/24) and was immediately greeted by a tall gentleman at the desk (w/short, black hair - so sorry I forgot the name). He was very delightful, professional and pleasant. My check-in was smooth and easy. This is my experience every time I come here. Everyone smiles. Everyone is helpful. Everyone seems eager to help. I never want to stay anywhere else whether I’m vacationing with my teenage kids .. or with my husband and kids - it’s always consistently amazing service. Close walk to restaurants, theater district , and everything else. I do not care much for the breakfast as my taste is more “American-ized” … however, my family finds the selection satisfying. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member - This hotel is the example of what customer service at a Hilton property should be. Rooms are small but adequate. I usually stay at 5 star properties, however l find this hotel ultimately satisfying!!

Very nice, well organised hotel. Breakfast very busy but efficient staff turn it over well. Note keep an on things if you get up to get another coffee you may lose your table. Rooms surprisingly nice and different in style/design not a boring wall. Comfortable and funky. Nice big telly!

I was very disappointed in just how tiny the room was, even by European standards. With three of us, we had to use the pull out sofa, a full size, which was fine. However, with that open all the time, we were unable to get to the window or sit at the desk. There was 16" to walk down the side of the bed next to the wall, and about 18"-24" between the bed and pull out. There was no place to keep our luggage and no drawers or shelves to unpack our clothes for a 6 day stay. Everything had to stay in the suitcases! There wasn't enough room to slide them under the bed to keep the walkway clear. The bathroom was fine for our needs, with a small sink and a small shelf by the toilet that provided just enough space for 2 small toiletry kits after we removed and hung up the towels on the single towel hook. The service was pretty decent. We declined room service until we left, but the cleaning staff were quick to offer extra towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex if I encountered them in the hallway. WARNING: For those of you who like to get clean, bring your own washcloth/loofah/body scrubber. They do NOT provide them. The breakfast provided by the onsite restaurant was pretty good and accommodated many dietary restrictions. There was a large selection of pastries/rolls, cooked vegetables, scrambled eggs (pretty sure they were powdered and reconstituted), bacon, turkey sausage, and a variety of coffee, tea, and juices. Overall, the only thing going for this hotel was the location. We were able to step outside and walk half a city block to have an amazing view of the New Year's Eve fireworks over the London Eye. It was conveniently located to the Tube and many attractions including the Eye, Borough Market, and Tower of London. If I were to return to London, I would definitely look for a different hotel.

Excellent location, Walking distance to bars, restaurants and main attractions, about 8 minutes walk from Waterloo Station and 10 minutes to Elephant and Castle. Rooms very clean and modern. Breakfast needs improvement. First day, the hot breakfast was very cold, scrambled eggs looked and tasted like they were cook over night. The coffee were cold. We decided just to use the hot water machine and made the coffee from sachets provided. Some staff at reception were very polite and helpful. If you like proper fish and chips, there is a very nice old-fashioned place just in 4 minutes from hotel. Definitely will use again

Overall great hotel. We flew in early in the morning and were checked in by 10 am. This made a big difference as we were able to freshen up and enjoy the rest of the day. Everyone was very professional, helpful and kind. Room was clean and it had everything needed to have a comfortable stay. Hotel itself is close to a metro station, which was very helpful. We were actually able to walk back at the end of the day instead of using a metro. There were stores and excellent restaurants nearby. The only things that could use some improvement is breakfast. However, for a 3 star hotel it was actually decent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
