Really happy with this hotel. We stayed there a few weeks ago and were really satisfied. Rooms are very cozy and comfortable. The whole hotel looks recently renovated and well decorated. Breakfast is included and is also very good. Excellent quality for the price. If I would have to improve something, it would be the location as it is 15 min walk to the ubahn, but you can get a bus.

I encountered a front office manager who was unprofessional and lacked knowledge about room assignments. She failed to treat guests respectfully and attempted to defend her staff without understanding our level of English. This situation highlighted the absence of effective hotel management. In a Hilton establishment, I believe such room issues would have been swiftly addressed. Additionally, the cleaning staff shared their grievances about the reception staff with us while trying to rectify the situation. The hotel is also inconveniently located far from the city center. If you're looking to experience a problematic approach to customer service, this might be the place. However, I definitely do not recommend it.

Poor hotel management: they gave me a welcome letter and couldn’t even spell my last name correctly. Check in lady unable to communicate in German, breakfast is super busy and total chaos, coffee machines turn off every 5 to 10 minutes and stuff is unable to cope with so many clients. I felt very sorry for the people employed this hotel as they get almost 0 support by their top management. The rooms and the breakfast are totally fine and pleasant surprise, it is just a nightmare because of the management.

Being from the States this hotel is much better than anything back home. Nothing extraordinary but it was clean, rooms are updated, plenty of space, and the breakfast is probably the best part of this place. Arrived at the hotel pretty early (12pm) and they wouldn't check in until 3pm but they will hold your luggage for you so you can at least explore for a bit.

New room, and very nice staff. Great Breakfast The parking slot is free around the hotel (but it's always full), so you need to parking underground cost 17EUR per day But the location is too far from tourist attraction.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
