Don't leave anything in the car at this place. Our car got broken into and golf equipment stolen. Staff admitted that this was not a one-time incident and that this happens a lot. Don't be fooled by the presence of CCTV...it doesn't scare thieves away here. Other than that the hotel itself is nice and good value, if you want to stay east of Rome, like we did to play Marco Simone golf course, which is only 15 minutes by car.

This place absolutely amazing! The staff is very kind and attentive! Location is amazing! The coolest little restaurant next door and a short walk is a cool mall. The train station is a cheap cab ride away so Central Rome is easy to get to. At the local train station is an awesome flea market. All in all this place is worth a visit.

Visited Rome as part of a tour group. Left the group to visit the Vatican on my own. When I tried to make my way to the hotel in the evening, I find it troublesome and difficult to use the public transport to the hotel. This isn’t a hotel to use if you do not have a vehicle or if you’re visiting the city or the Vatican. Otherwise the hotel is very clean, service is good, nice restaurants nearby and a shopping centre.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Rome. It was great! The service was amazing. The breakfast was good. There is an onsite restaurant that is open for dinner and it was great. We happened to be there on the night they had a DJ and the vibe with the sunset was amazing. The food was delicious. The pool was nice and the environment was peaceful. We had a few issues with transportation but overall I would stay here again.

There are pool pictures but to use the pool you have to pay extra 10 euro per person + towel price 2.5 euro. It is impossible to open the windows, so we could not get fresh air. Breakfast is simple. To go to city center by taxi takes 30 minute one way (takes 30-35 euro). The staff are kind and helpfull.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
