Nice hotel in a great location! Gym was spacious and nice views from the gym balcony! A bit noisy on the streets but to be expected as it's downtown. Inside the hotel was very quite! I didn't hear other guests in the hallways or door slams, quite surprising for a Friday. My only small complaint would be the parking before you check-in and parking is more $ than advertised on booking apps at 39$, just something to keep in mind.

My wife and I spent a night in this hotel. We are in vacation in BC and are trying a different hotel every night. The best part of the stay was the view from the bedroom. It was of the stadium and a very special view. As well as the strategic location which we enjoyed. Now let’s move on to the negative aspects I noted during my stay: 1. The breakfast in the morning was below standard, very little selection and the employees did not have a welcoming attitude and felt inaccessible to ask in case of anything missing or help with something (like the waffle machine or one of the foods running out and needing replenishing). Considering the price paid per night, the breakfast should’ve been much better, and we are not a picky couple. There was no vegetables, the hard boiled eggs were cold and unpleasant to eat, there was no fruit salad only an apple and bananas. It just felt very incomplete and dry with no sides for any thing. For a Hilton hotel, we were disappointed and only ate the waffle. We stayed at Best Western before that which was cheaper and the breakfast buffet was much more enjoyable. 2. I was surprised to see there was no bathrobes which also was weird considering it’s a high end hotel. 3. The pillows did not feel comfortable and felt of cheap quality, we were used to heavier quality pillows in all other hotels, but unfortunately here we did not have the best sleep. 4. I’m a person who always takes note of the bathroom in hotels, this bathroom was clean but just very basic, there was no body wash in the shower, and like I said no bathrobes. All in all, I expected more from a hotel like this, and we were very excited and looking forward to our stay before we arrived. I would not book here again as it was not worth it especially for someone who values a good nights sleep and a respectable breakfast.

Stayed here for a night on business with a group of 5 people. I got a corner unit facing the stadium. The room was large and clean, staff was great and friendly. There is a complimentary breakfast here and the food was hot and fresh. I travel a moderate amount, and for $250 I'd say one of the best hotels I've stayed at for this price.

My wife got canucks tickets and hotel from work, when we got there they wouldn’t take the company cc. So I gave them mine only to find out they billed the company and me. So they charged $492 from me $365 to the company. When I called them to try and figure it out the woman on the phone basically said I was wrong and hung up on me. Toilet Leaked beds were very uncomfortable. You think when you’re paying that kind of money the beds would be comfortable. Basically save your money don’t go there. You’re better off going to a super eight.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn- its right next to the stadium and a few minute walk to Costco and 10-15 minute walk to prime Robson street shops. The hotel is modern, clean and nice to stay. I loved that our room had a little kitchenette. Breakfast was average but convenient.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
