        This hotel did not live up to usual Hampton Inn expectations. Many little things went wrong. First, our key didn't work. Parking in the underground garage was extremely tight as there was construction going on. The soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. We were staying for 5 nights and were given a small bottle of each when we went down to the front desk. After the first night, the hotel did not have any regular coffee for the room coffee maker. The orange juice was empty from the 3rd morning on. There was no fruit offered the last 2 days of our stay. There were no forks the last day. On the day of our departure, there were no lids for the coffee cups. Fortunately, the staff could find one. The concession area was almost empty. Our room was comfortable and the beds were nice. However, the drapes were torn and the shade did not go up correctly. When our room was made up, we got more towels; but no cups, coffee, shampoo or soap was refilled.

        I stayed here last year with my friend, it's a super comfy place with a pretty basic pool. Great for after a night out. breakfast is definitely questionable, and it could probably do with a covered smoking area so not harassed when you're out the front. Overall probably stay again, the beds are definitely comfy

        The room was ok what I didn’t like was the leak in the shower when you showered it would leak something was wrong with the ceiling. Front desk was nice but a lady in the elevator didn’t want us to go in because of her dog. I guess it was aggressive. But the room was comfortable , the food was very good and it had a variety of options.

        Great location. Great hot breakfast. Great customer service. Great parking. Great value. Great rooms. Great amenities. The only little tiny flaw is the heating unit is a tad bit loud. But other than that, this a GREAT HOTEL. I’ll book again. Thanks Hampton. Well done.

        The photos should explain the one star reviews. We checked in, killed a huge roach, found multiple stains on the blankets, and found blood on the mattress all in 10 minutes of being checked in. We told the front desk person and she told us we would get a refund after she told the manager. We booked through Expedia and they went out of their way to try to get us the refund from the hotel, but the hotel did not give us a refund. We have never had to leave a hotel because of it being unclean. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
