We stayed here for a short business trip but overall it was a great experience. The staff was amazing. They were very welcoming, friendly and helpful in answering any questions we had. The common areas and our room was very clean. Breakfast was great every morning. My only complaint would be that it was much warmer on the 3rd floor compared to the first floor. We did purchase a fan during our stay but it was still warm in our room with the AC set as far down as it would go. I also like to sit outside so for me it would have been nice to have a small outdoor seating area somewhere but l would still stay here again due to the excellent service, convenient hot breakfast and cleanliness.

Did not have many options for the hot breakfast. Would like some more options but everything they had was well stocked. Nothing was empty and she checked the supply regularly. The parking is $20 a night and valet only. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Good stay and everything went smoothly.

I loved my stay at this hotel, from the moment we arrived they welcomed us with a smile and good attitude, they gave us the room at 12pm!!! 3 hours before current check in. Delicious and varied breakfast every day. We loved the table with tea and coffee all day! The room with a spectacular view. Everything clean and comfortable. Excellent and economical valet service. The location was excellent!!! Everything close and a very nice and quiet area.

The hotel was very CLEAN. That was the most important thing for us. They were very kind and accommodating when we needed to switch rooms because we found a odor in our first room. The bathrooms and beds clearly get cleaned regularly. We were very happy with our stay.

I must have got the "bad room" with my corporate booking. The window shades are ripped and bent, carpet is loose and slips under your feet, the coat hanger is broken, and there are patches in the wall. I'm not coming back. Your milage may vary. The staff is great though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
