        Showed up late that night, room was very small, once in our room, realized the phone didn’t ring at all, didn’t work to begin with, when in the bathroom it felt cramped. When we woke up the next morning and got in the shower, it took at least 5 minutes for the water to get lukewarm, pressure was a joke and the shower drained so slow you stood in a pool while you showered. If I come back next month I will be sure to spend my money at a different hotel.

        Nice running into the owner and her consultant with a broken luggage cart I had to use to load my car - next time have another brought to the guests room so they don't have to struggle with what you know is broken! - so I could recount this horrific experience. I offered to return, by personal invite once they have had a chance to address the concerns. I reviewed my being contacted by the MOD with the GM when I extended my stay another day; the threat of eviction was 10/10 in response to my 3/10 for them running out of breakfast and not restocking, which cost me one of the events I was here for. It's been 3 months since my last visit, the washer STILL BROKEN and the front desk staff unaware, another guest told me when they saw my full laundry basket! 3 requests and 5+ hours later I finally got my fresh towels for the room myself at the front desk😡 The GMs DND on the door excuse fails with the lack of contact with the guest, either by text or by leaving a message on the house phone! Why would they ASSUME that I would stop at the front desk AGAIN with anything less than disgust begging for the towels I asked to be left at the door of my room? Flags😪 If the 🇺🇲 isn't being flown - no other one should be - Flag etiquette 101 You find the strangest things in hotel parking lots, sometimes they're still there 4 days later. Cigarette butts litter the floor because of a full proper receptacle during the 4 nights of my stay. Track for shower door was gross, not clean.

        The hotel is not well maintained. The front lobby reeked of marijuana. The hotel room smelled like someone had dumped a bucket of urine on the floor. Immediately upon entering the room, I began to wheeze and my family member’s allergies were triggered. The best thing about the experience was the sweet young lady at the front desk. She said the previous occupants probably had a dog in the room because Hilton and Hampton Inns are now all pet friendly hotels. I got a refund, cut my trip short, then headed back home. Don’t waste your time or money. The only reason I gave a rating of one was because zero was not an option.

        My family stay here was pleasant. Yes it can use some updating, but the hotel itself was clean. We stayed there two Sundays and the front desk GSA (Sky) helped me out. She worked hard to accommodate me to find the room type I wanted for my family. She was always smiling and willing to help. I will be booking here in the future and I can't wait for their year of renovation to come. I know it will be nice.

        Don’t stay here. I thought it was going to be decent, and we ended up cancelling our stay here. The place is old and run down and not worth the money. There were staff members standing around and the place was hot and had a smell like it was just old. Spend your money at a high end hotel when you stay in ATL, trust me you will be happy that you did! Hampton Inn is not the same when you are at this location.
