        I really enjoyed my stay here! From the service I received at the front desk with Sofia to the friendly housekeeping staff that are available to help meet your needs. Prisca who handles the breakfast buffet is amazing! She always has a smile on her face and makes sure everything is stocked and fresh. Plus she's super helpful and so nice and never has an issue supplying you with what you ask for. Another perk is the incidental fee which is only $25 instead of the normal hotel rates of $75 or $100. I definitely recommend trying this place out if you're in town!

        The equipments are terrible. No vending machines. No drinking water to buy. The breakfast is terrible. The juice machine is not working. Everything is either not working or has something missing. Don’t know why it has so many good reviews. And the location is not good. There’s only a very small store around the hotel.

        Super friendly and helpful staff, but the hotel needs work. Breakfast was mediocre. Rooms look run-down, like they crammed random furniture in there to add a place for appliances. Furniture was warped. Bed linens and curtains were extremely wrinkled...not important, but just shows they don't care much about things. Bathroom was clean but looked like they did a quick and dirty update. They tried, but the pipes are sticking out awkwardly. Not the freshest smelling either. But the beds and pillows were comfortable, and we felt safe.

        Excellent place to stay! Front desk Lorain CS was great. Room was nice clean comfy thankful to find a Gideon Bible. Full breakfast was so good nice surprise. Pleasing safe environment. Had very loud neighbor next door. Called FD was handled immediately. Got a good night sleep! Bridgitte was wonderful. All employees were kind friendly that says alot! Kudos to yall. I WILL tell others and RETURN soon! Thanks so much! 🤗 only negative was, made reservation thru Exedia that showed what each room had including a shower or tub that did not give a higher price so when I got to the hotel they told me that it would be more for a tub. Was a little disappointed.

        I stayed at this hotel because my niece was having surgery at a location nearby. We arrived on Wednesday October 25. My niece had company the night before her surgery so I got my own room that night. The front desk receptionist was super sweet and amicable. There were no issues that night. The following morning (Thursday) my niece had surgery and I checked out of my room and moved across the hall with her. Friday morning I woke up with bites all over my body, to include my face! I went down to the front desk and showed the young man there my bites. He immediately moved us to another room, which I was grateful for. My niece had a follow up with her doctor at 11:00 Friday morning. I tried to see the manager before I left, but she was not in yet. I received a call from her 20 minutes later to inform me that maintenance did not find any bed bugs in the room. I don't know what bit me and I never said it was bed bugs. It could have been a number of things I'm not an expert. The point is I was bitten quite a lot by something in that room. I went to show her the bites before we headed hone, and she assured me that she would get back to me. This has never happened to me and I don't know what the protocol is. I have however worked in customer service for over 25 years, and when a customer has a complaint you address it and try to make up for it. I never heard back from anyone. This is not good business. If I could add the pictures of my bites I would, but I couldn't figure out how to do it. (I know I'm showing my age with that one lol).

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
