Huge rave to Gina who takes care of the breakfast hall! She went above and beyond what she needed to do for our family! Gina deserves a huge raise in my opinion. She was so cheerful every morning! The hotel was clean and quite in the rooms. The pools slide is awesome to tire out the kiddos too

We just spent the weekend on a team trip for a hockey tournament and everything was fantastic. The kids really enjoyed the pool and water slide. The staff was fantastic and a special shout out to Gina and Egosa (her grandson helping in the kitchen). Gina made sure our team was well fed for breakfast, checking in regularly and took extra care in ensuring everyone was well looked after. She even went above and beyond one day, asking us if room service had done a good job. I pointed out a couple of items that were missed and she made sure they were addressed right away. When we came back to our room, it was immaculate. Thank you to the whole team for a great experience!

Viloa was the most amazing customer service you could ask for. Super understanding and accommodating. I sure hope this staff member gets something beyond and above. I have been travelling over 33 hours and she reserved a room that wasn’t to my standard and accommodated me and compensated me for the inconvenience and switched me rooms. Absolutely amazing staff and one miscommunication. Wasn't their fault at all!

We stayed at this hotel this past summer for two nights, and to be honest, it was the dirtiest Hilton property I’ve ever stayed at. There were 3 very large grease stains on the vinyl headboard. There were crumbs in the cracks of the office chair, and white stains on the blue upholstered chair. The windows were so dirty both inside and out you could barely see the street outside. Inside windows were covered with smudges. There were hairs on the wall of the shower. I’m a Hilton fan but this property was far from the usual Hilton brand standards. Would never stay there again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
