The location of the hotel is great and close to tourist attractions. The rooms were alright and had decent amount of space. My room was oddly moist and humid, and I didn't hear much noise other than emergency vehicles. The service from the front desk was good and they were friendly towards me, but the housekeeping was the worst I have ever experienced. The housekeeping is supposed to clean your room every other day. Yet my room was never cleaned the two days they were supposed to, despite telling the front desk that it wasn't cleaned after the first time it was supposed to happen. Also, the breakfast that is included is mediocre.

Hotel is in a historic building, the former Chicago Motor Club/AAA Building, right in the heart of the City. Clean comfortable rooms. Good variety breakfast in the morning included. Friendly and helpful front desk. Will stay there again.

This hotel happens to be in an excellent location for Chicago's touristy areas! The staff was friendly and rooms were extremely clean. Breakfast was wonderful! My only complaint would be the windows that seem to let in every sound from the outside in! Almost daily(around 5am), we were woken to a garbage truck emptying the large bins and the typical city sirens throughout the night. If it wasn't for the windows being too thin, I'd give this hotel a 5 star review!

Location is very good. Near to almost everything. Large lobby, fast elevators, good views from high floor rooms. Spacious rooms and excellent amenities. Free and simple BF.

The location is excellent and the older building is really neat. Breakfast is well attended too and the staff are great. We had some issues during our stay, but the management reached out to address those appropriately. While not everything went perfectly, that's a good sign of a well-run hotel and I'm willing to give credit where credit is due!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
