        I will start by saying the staff is very nice and helpful. My encounter with all staff was warm and welcoming. However the room was a different story. Me and my significant other arrived at our room around midnight, so I was unable to check the room like I usually do when I get to a hotel. Upon waking up in the morning i found several issue with the room: mold in the bathroom and on the walls, broken shower head, leaking shower into room leaving a wet spot in the carpet next ti the bed, numerous stains on the floor, stains in the couch and chair. While me and my significant other were changing in the morning a man walked in on us to swap out the TV and stated he apologized for walking in on us, his paper said room was vacant. There was an odor to the room that is now in my suit case. I called Hilton to express my discomfort with the booking and felt my concerns were minimized. Will not be booking here agin.

        No shower curtain in our room. Ice machine on our floor and the next did not work. Card key would not unlock door from parking lot. Pillows on bed were too small and worn out. Feels like with so much in disarray, maybe don’t charge me $20 to park. Staff was nice and professional.

        My husband was scheduled to have surgery so we chose this location because we do not live in Houston. The doctor had to reschedule his surgery last minute so we tried calling the hotel to push back our dates. We were told no one could help us because the room we booked was non-refundable but we weren’t trying to get our money back; only trying to push the dates back. We were told only the general manager could changes the dates for us and they would give them the message. My husband said that after that, the representative hung up on him. We still have not been contacted by anyone. Edit: I appreciate your help. I have updated the review because of this. But as a side note, managers on duty should be re-trained.

        The person that checked made me feel that she hates people. Hotel is filthy. Hall & room carpet = filthy. Ice machine on floor didn't work the entire stay. Only one of two elevators worked for the entire stay. This was especially annoying when sharing with the housekeeping. After a long travel day, I took an extended nap. After awaking around 2am, discovered all my groceries were in jeopardy of spoiling because the refrigerator didn't work. I also discovered the door didn't lock from the inside. I reported this to the overnight front desk worker, who unapologetically offered me another room that I refused at 2am and because I couldn't trust that I wouldn't find more issues. Thanks but no thanks. Later that morning I happened to see someone that appeared to be a maintenance worker. I asked if he could fix my refrigerator & lock. He, defensively stated he had just gotten to work & was aware of the issues in 209 as I was inconveniencing him. The refrigerator was replaced and the lock was "somewhat" fixed by a very nice man. I say somewhat because I now had to use the key to release the bolt lock upon exiting. Weird, to say the least. On my last day I asked the maid in the hallway for another washcloth. She said No. I thought maybe a language barrier prevented her from understanding my request, so I showed her a washcloth. She doubled down and refused. After returning from a quick errand to the car, I asked another maid for a washcloth who was coming on to the elevator as I was coming off. She also refused. I reported this ti the front desk, requesting that my entire stay be comped and I receive a hefty amount of points for the laundry list of issues. She apologetically gave me a washcloth, comped one room night & the parking. Respectively, I accepted her offer but I do not feel it was enough. This horrible experience warrants nothing short of a full refund and hundreds of thousands of points. Please advise.

        The hotel is located in a great location. There is a ton of stuff to do in the area. The service was pretty good, we had no issues checking in. The bed and sheets were clean and orderly. However the bathroom was is the only part of the experience we did not enjoy. My wife is super sensitive to mold, she gets pretty bad headaches from mold spores. The ceiling, tiles, and walls had mold on them. The overall experience was good, I just wish that they paid more attention to the bathrooms.
