        I was given a handicap room on top floor with double beds and it was adequate however it didn’t feel or look as clean as most of the properties I stay at. Some deep cleaning and perhaps some touch ups were maybe in order, lots of tarnished metal in the bathroom. Free shuttle, food trucks on property stay open late and it’s near downtown/ beaches and near little Havana.

        The employees at this site deserve recognition and better tools for the work they do. Staff deserve 5 STARS, from the driver, the front desk clerk, the lady at the kitchen and the manager, every one cares to provide the best service. The hotel itself though, needs better maintenance and attention, the card machine failed all the time to provide a working key (or the lock was malfunctioning) the phone in the room did not work and the elevator had issues. Chose this hotel for its closeness to the airport, but next time will go a little further to get better quality installations.

        I would give this hotel zero stars!! The first room was disgusting and dirty. The sheets had a big red stain. Bathroom had not been cleaned!!! When I called for new sheets no one brought any up. We ended changing rooms. Towels in the new room were stained black. WORST HAMPTON INN I have ever stayed at!!!!! The check in staff were very RUDE!!! Only nice person was the morning check out guy!!! Do not stay here!!!

        Beautiful Hotel. Room was immaculate and desk personnel were beyond helpful. Hot breakfast (scrambles, sausage, roasted potatoes, oatmeal) on our way out was good (especially considering all four of us have food sensitivities;celiac). Port shuttles were full, but the front desk called and had a cab waiting for us.

        We flew to Miami to get on a cruise ship. Booked this hotel about a week prior. Price was excellent, two rooms for adults for $315. The hotel provided a free shuttle to and from the airport and the shuttle driver was very personable. They also have a shuttle to the cruise port, but it's $12 per person... We chose to take an Uber which was cheaper. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but I did not like the pillows.. needed to be softer and flatter. Cannot recommend the fitness center as three of the seven cardio machines were not working. Free breakfast also very good. We would stay here again!
