        I stayed at this location back in October. After receiving no reply from this hotel after I complained to Hilton Honors multiple times, I decided to write this review of my experience. The location of this Hampton is convenient if you are catching an early flight. Check in was fine and the staff was reasonably friendly. The conditions of the room were terrible. It is the worst Hilton experience I have ever had. The carpet had stains, the base boards were filthy, mice droppings on the night stand, picture hooks on the wall with no pictures, stains in the bath tub, mold under the fridge and a musty smell in the room. The hotel is old and out dated and no where near the standards I have experienced from Hilton in the past.

        Morning breakfast staff was cheerful and helpful. The sheets and towels were clean. The is an odor throughout the building, something from Woodstock? The curtain in my first room was held rolled up with a binder clip, it fell from the ceiling when I pulled to close it. My second room had the shower drain cover removed. The carpet was FILTYH and stained. The building as a whole needs a remodel as the wallpaper is peeling and it just looks dingy.

        We had a simple and easy check in - the employee at the desk was working a different shift than usual but still hand answers to every question and was so kind. Breakfast was good, the room was clean, and even though we had some issues getting out TV working the maintenance person was quick, kind, and attentive. I've never had a bad time at a Hampton Inn, and this was no exception.

        5 stars for TYRONE alone!! Tyrone is an angel on earth. This employee went above and beyond for me to make sure I was safe and happy! When I arrived to the hotel, I was informed that my *confirmed* room had been given away and the hotel was booked full. Tyrone drove the shuttle bus to a different hotel for me to try to check in there because I didn’t have a car and it was very late at night. This other hotel did not feel safe to me at all. Tyrone understood this and drove the shuttle bus back to Hampton Inn. He promised to make things right for me. He even offered to clean a room so I could stay there. He isn’t even a housekeeping employee! He went so above and beyond for me to feel comfortable and have a safe place to stay. Tyrone found me a room at the Hampton so I could stay there (yes, after the front desk told me there were no more rooms). I’m so thankful he was there, because if he wasn’t, I honestly think I would have been alone, in the middle of the night, in the city, with nowhere to go. Thank you Tyrone! You make me believe good people exist!!
