One of the worst places I’ve stayed at! We were desperate as everything was booked out around nye time. Our room had a MOUSE! Gross!!! Stay away from room 805 and I hope by now they’ve done some rodent control and deep sanitation! The mouse came out to play when it was quiet at night, kept us up for the whole 2 nights! They couldn’t give us another room until the third night as there were no spare rooms. The staff were apologetic and location was good but never again!

Good location, near XMD, accessibility to train stations, but hotel is not well tidied cleaned and hotel entrance has a weird stench. Rooms are dusty and have cockroach!! With the price paid, can’t say too much.

Don’t stay here! This place is a health hazard — they will allow people with COVID to stay in the same floor as you. Luckily, the person we were with was kind enough to avoid us and was wearing a mask. The hotel didn’t warn us about this. On top of that, the room was filthy when we got there!

Location wise yes it’s tip top at XMD The room NO NO NO Trust me don’t book first thing is the walkway on 5th floor got a stench 2. The room vibe it’s give me creep 3. Very very stuffy Trust me I’ve done hell lots of reviews This hotel doesn’t worth the money to stay I rather stay in midtown Richardson

When we got there, the room was unclean and unfit to receive guests. We had to clean the place ourselves -- there were cockroaches! I am never staying here ever again! If you're smart, I would do the same!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
