Great location in San Francisco convenient to public transit. We felt safe walking any time of the day. Rooms are spacious, clean, and appear to have been updated in the last 5 years. We had kids and our sliding door did not lock but maintenance quickly fixed while we went out for dinner! Air conditioners are not very efficient and took a while to cool off the room but the is my only complaint.

We stayed for 3 nights. Room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you could need. Bed was comfortable. Great location. The staff were also 10/10 (I accidentally left $500 in the room when we checked out - we could not return to collect and assumed the worst, but after phoning the hotel they located the money and wired it back to us... Thank you Elva and Stephanie!)

I was there for two nights in a room with a single “double” bed. It was nice and surprisingly roomy. There's a walk in closet with an ironing board and safe. There's also a desk and a chest of drawers with a coffee bar set up on top, and a TV on a stand sitting above that. There was also a mini fridge in the night stand, which was neat. No microwave, but it'd still be handy if you're staying a bit longer and want to keep snacks or leftovers you don't mind eating cold (like pizza or something). The bathroom had a nice vanity space and they had shampoo/conditioner and lotion in pump bottles mounted to the wall. If you're a light sleeper, it may be good to ask for a room that's not by the elevators. I didn't have any issues, and I didn't hear anyone else through the walls, but I did hear the mechanics for the elevators. Again, it didn't cause any problems for me, but I know it might be something that could keep someone for sleeping soundly. It's a great location, easy to different bus lines which were really convenient. Overall, I definitely recommend it!

Stayed for 3 nights. Overall a good experience. Keep in mind this is not a luxury hotel. This is an old boutique hotel, so it’s pretty creaky. Quite a bit of noise from above and next door could be heard in my room. There also was a strong detergent smell. My view was not great, looked into other rooms. Would suggest asking about the view when booking and seeing if you can get a street view instead. Concierge was very friendly. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. There is certainly some wear and tear in the rooms (marks on the walls and furniture) but overall they are charming and a nice size. I appreciated the mini fridge. It’s in a great location. Within walking distance of the Powell train station which comes from SFO, also many bus routes and a cable car pickup point. Close to a ton of great shopping, cafes and restaurants and sites to see. I didn’t need a car and didn’t take a single taxi or uber my whole stay as there are so many great public transportation options. The pool is nice, but should be heated to warmer temperatures (October). Yes, the area has some folks who are down and out and you can feel a little uneasy when walking around after dark but as long as it’s not too late there are usually a lot of other people around, security staff and police, and most of these folks are harmless. Just use common sense. When walking towards Tenderloin there is not much street lighting and it gets worse quite quickly with many agitated homeless people. Be aware of your surroundings. I would stay again but not at the full rate.

Hotel advertised price was $466 USD for two nights with additional $196 in taxes. Way too expensive . Place was like a ghost town, restaurant/bar has been closed since COVID. Make it more affordable and people will return

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
