        Room was nice but I kept finding lizard droppings (or something else?) on the bed. Low water pressure in shower. Some nights there is noise from the bar but that's going to happen most places on the island. Beach is just for water sports but only a 10 minute walk to station 2. Overall, it was worth the $50/night I spent but would probably splurge on something nicer next time.

        Very dissatisfied with our room. We paid the most for this room compared with our rooms at other resorts but the service was the worst. We paid a premium for a deluxe room with sea view, but our room (room 9) doesn't have sea view as described. You had to go out to the balcony, and even then the sea is a NOT a direct and unblocked view. We felt very scammed as it was not described on the website that way. Secondly, there was no water in the room and we couldn't bathe or flush the toilet. The staff told us to wait 30 minutes for the pumps to work but we went for dinner and returned, and the water merely trickled. Imagine one whole day of beach activity without being able to bathe. Thirdly, there was no wifi connection due to typhoon, but our previous resort didn't have this issue when the typhoon was the strongest. Fourth, there were lizard droppings from the ceiling that landed on our bed. We thought they were there before but after a few minutes they started to drop again on our clean sheet. The staff wasn't able to solve our problems or change our rooms when we informed them of some of these issues as the rooms are all booked. Not sure how we are going to get through another night.

        It was beach front but anyway its not excellent one. They upgraded our room and offered late checkout which I must appreciate. Overall staff was courteous and smiling which I think is typically Filipino thing :) The approach to hotel is very disappointing. I lost my heart and had no good expectations by the time I reached hotel. My flight was late (as you can expect with all flights to/from boracay) and I reached hotel by 8p.m. and reception was closed. Me n my wife had to wait over 30 minutes before someone could popup with apology. Toiletries were not included in price and this came to me as surprise the following day. I suggest everyone to bring their own stuff like I did.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
