        Booked this hotel thru a 3rd party named Agoda. Upon our arrival, the hotel can't find our reservation even though the reservation shows the correct email address of the hotel. The room is full of cockroaches and ants. Wi-Fi is non-existent. Receptionist is not helpful. On our 3rd day out of 4-day stay, the hotel said that they never get paid thru Agoda. They say that we have to pay double the price that we agreed on Agoda. We had no choice because they are holding our passports. It comes down to a she-said-he-said situation when they said that Agoda cancelled our booking; however, they waited until the 3rd day of our stay to tell us that to force us to pay double the rate. TLDR: I would not recommend this hotel. Cleanliness is terrible. Customer service is non-existent. They keep your passport.

        Budget hotel 2 star near to market.also a place can have local Street food like soya Bean and Bean curb 豆花,fried carrot cake ,pork ribs soup,wanton / pork leg noodle,also Vietnam famous French loaf all at District 5 sell roats duck,pork n beef noodles etc.every time I came to this 1115 hanh loong hotel tran Hung Dao Q.5 I gave this hotel 3 star

        Never never come to this hotel.. Why? Internet or Wi-Fi not working Fees are extremely high Normal tv channel can't watch all If above are satisfy ..pleass come in If not please chose a better alternative Not even 1 star I give.. .but no choice...hope you guys understood what I meant here

        Bed's are hard, Wi-Fi signal poor in rooms, noise from street is loud for rooms facing street. Rooms clean, decent price.
