Hannah Hotel is amazing! The room is comfy and neat, with soft comfortable beds. Water heater and aircon worked well. There's free breakfast, a pool, a gym, and a soon to be opened children's library. The food was amazing. The staff is so welcoming, kind, and helpful. The hotel is located a bit away from some main areas of the island, but it's right next to Station 1 Beach which is quieter and beautiful. It's an easy walk to other locations on the island and there are great restaurants nearby. Overall, the hotel gives a relaxing, homey vibe and really makes you feel like you could stay in paradise forever. I went as a solo traveler, but I think this is a great place for families, small groups, or solo travelers alike! I didn't want to leave!

Lovely people working in the hotel. Hotel is a little bit further from the main areas than others. Couldn't complain about the room or the hotel, all clean and in order. Free breakfast is a nice touch and the breakfast area is quite relaxing. We didn't have the best weather during our stay so did not end up in the pool but imagine we would have spent more time there if it was better. Good value for money overall.

Do not book this disgusting place. I saw the reviews, and thought it was nice. When I arrived and my room was ready, I instantly noticed bad small and saw mold on the walls. I informed the the front desk, which denied the issue and just told me it was paint. I got so bad headache, I just checked out immediately. Informed Agoda, which then coordinated with the hotel, as I asked for a refund. Sadly the hotel won't honor a refund, and deny all issues. What a disgrace. The pictures posted on Agoda and other platforms are photoshopped. This place is utterly worn down, it stinks, he kitchen behind the reception is super dirty, this place shouldn't be allowed to operate before they renovate, and get rid of the mold. To the the owners of this hole, mold can be a healt related issue, get your heads together 🤦‍♂️

Great value for money! The staff is always there to help you, great customer service. The rooms are nice and clean, there's free breakfast, and they clean the rooms daily without the guest having to request it every time. There's a small balcony to hang clothes and get some sunlight in the room. There's drinking water in the halls (big plus). There's a small pool on the 3rd floor, it's for kids though, don't get fooled by the nice pics online. The location is good, just walk about 4 mins, cross the street and you are at the beach. There are restaurants nearby, and you can order food at the hotel as well, about 10 mins walk to the party area near the beach. This hotel is 100% recommended if you are on a budget. I had a pleasant staying here and I would come back!

The room was OK. It was small but maybe I couldn’t complain. I think you gotta go to a pricier hotel if you want a spacious room. It’s near the beach. OK breakfast. Nothing special. Overall I appreciated this hotel and give it 4 stars. 5 stars if they lower the cost.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
