Definitely a worthy experience to have the chef cooking in front of you. Great environment and service. The staff introduce every dish with great detail even including the family information of the cow the beef came from. Food is on par with other Michelin star restaurants and the experience was definitely one of a kind.

I had the izakaya menu (black cod). Black cod was beautifully done, but there were a few bones left in the fillet, which seemed to be a big mistake. The rice was perfectly cooked. The rest were not impressive. The matcha ice cream was quite bitter, which is fine with me, but the caramelized almond slices were a bit too sweet in contrast. Instead of complementing each other, the bitterness and the sweetness were a bit conflicting, heightening the bitterness further. The overall portion is on a smaller side. The interior and the atmosphere are luxurious, on a par with high-end restaurants in many developed countries. Service was excellent (a bit too frequent to my liking) and the costly price tag is definitely the combination of the service and the location (inside an upscale hotel).

I Had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at Hibana by Koki, tucked away in the basement of Capella Hanoi. The chef's preparation of our beef was a true spectacle - an art in itself. We finished our meal with dessert served in the lounge, a setting that only heightened the experience. The sake recommended by our server paired perfectly with our meal, enhancing the overall flavor profile. I must commend the team for their excellent service and knowledge. A visit to Hibana by Koki is a must for an unforgettable dining experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
