I had a wonderful stay at this affordable hotel with an incredibly strategic location. The rooms were impeccably clean. Opting for their most expensive room grants you a balcony with a stunning view of the city. 😍 Highly recommended!

The bedroom decoration was beautiful, the location good - near the famous Train Street. However, bigger problems came when the wifi was down for hours (2h30) and I was working online with customers for a company so I couldn't really get to be offline and I ended to be. I spoke to the manager and he just said I had to wait without providing any solution when clearly seeing my struggle towards the company I worked with, I needed to provide service. The others days the wifi was just slow and I couldn't even watch videos on bed, only next to the door. The problem kept going and the owner was debating with me like he had reason and I asked for compensation for the whole inconvenience that was confirmed by him - the refund was 4$, a bit of a joke I'd say. It seemed very hard for him to apologize - the customer service was really low level. Besides, the room didn't have natural light and menu to order food didn't have the prices updated so we ended paying more than the advertised.

Sheets are not changed daily. The mattress is pretty hard. The worst is the restroom. It smells horrendous and had mold/stains. They don’t provide hand soap. The hotel staff wasn’t friendly. They never greeted us. Upon arrival, the front desk person got frustrated and said “are you going to talk to me in English or Vietnamese? Not both”. (My dad is the only one in my group that speaks Vietnamese. They don’t use a/c in the lobby. So expect it to be scorching hot when you arrive. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived. I arrived a little before 4 whereas the check in is at 2pm. I had to wait another 10minutes. Hotel staff also never bothered to help us with luggages coming in/out. Every other hotel I’ve been to does this…

I booked the room for the look of its bed, which did NOT dissapoint. Super plushy, comfy king bed 🥰 the man on the desk was warm and helpful. Cold working fridge, room was fit with plenty of storage and an antique womans powder vanity! Got a great deal off wotif

Do not recommend. Walked in to a dirty rat room. Mouldy sheets, pillows, bathroom. Disgusting. Previous guest hairs were on pillow cases and under the sheets. DO NOT STAY

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
