We stayed for 2 comfortable nights in this little gem of a hotel. We were met with smiles wherever we went The lobby was beautifully scented when we checked in in the evening. Staff spoke the best English amongst all the 5 hotels we stayed in. Loved the cute long elevator. Rooms were super value for money but I suspect rates will climb soon. We stayed in a family suite and it was extremely comfortable and spacious. We are lucky to have stayed in this hotel. Thank you

Our recent stay at Le Jardin was pleasant and we’re pleased with the immaculate room which was very clean. Kudos to the cleaning team! The Recep staff members are courteous and helpful too. Special mention goes to Joy and Valerie. The supporting team is equally worth mentioning. We enjoyed the scrumptious breakfast spread and the waiters were so attentive to our requests. Will highly recommended this hotel to our friends.

The entire experience was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were in perfect order. The hotel restaurant served good food and the service staff were all polite. The hotel staff in general were all very helpful, even with the language barrier. Would love to stay here again the next time we visit Hanoi!

We had a perfect stay at Le Jardin. The hotel is new and classy, very well decorated. Rooms are great and spacious, the bed is so comfy. We could also enjoy the pool and rooftop jacuzzi at their other branch next door. The highlights of our stay were the delicious breakfasts with a lot of options, and the front desk staff at the reception who went above and beyond with authentic sense of hospitality, especially Joy and Valerie who truly delivered 5-star service and made us feel like beloved guests. Although the location might not be right in the old quarter I would still recommend it because the area is less busy and still very convenient.

A great start to our trip. We had the executive room. It was very spacious. The hotel is not in old district but close enough to get anywhere. We used Grab to get around. Lucky was excellent and helped us with our bags. Very friendly people at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
