Booked a room here for 3 nights thru Expedia but the weather was not ideal. We were unable to do any of the tours we had planned since it was too cold and rainy. Ended up only staying only one night and checked out early. They refused to give us a refund for the 2 nights we did not stay. Located at the end of a narrow alley and easy to miss. Staff were friendly enough. Free breakfast was very limited so we didn’t even partake. The room as very small with a strange layout. Not at all like the photos on Expedia. It was also very loud. There were people who had checked in, in the middle of the night, around 3am who were very loud and disrupted our sleep. The surrounding area was also not so great.

the room was incredibly small, hated the glass bathroom wall but so far didn't see any bugs except mosquitoes. Service was nice, staff friendly. Food buffet option very limited but still edible and good. Hated how it was in the middle of a nowhere alley. And during checkout the staff asks you to review them which is why there are a lot of positive reviews, overall won't come again because there are better hotels for the same price

Absolutely disgusting - NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL We booked 3 nights here for our honeymoon. We changed hotels. - Booked the best room 'apparently' via booking. We were offered the activities and because of the arrangements we were asked to cancel the booking and book with them directly. Error. It toke many headaches and unnecessary conversations with different people so we can get a CONFIRMATION of the room and activities!! - Location is not the best, it is quite scary to walk in, narrow street with not the best 'scenery'. - Staff who welcomed us wouldn't let us talk and every time we tried to say something said 'I know, please I talk'. He toke our credit card away and they were taking pics of our passports with their personal mobile phones. - Room was simply disgusting. Brief example photos attached. Extremely cold. Shower barely displays hot water and bed was dirty with hairs!!! - No windows in corridor so mosquitos and other insects as well as rain and cold! Come in very easily. - Breakfast extremely poor for a 4 star, no other options if you are allergic to something, in my case lactose. No other options apart of 'fresh' caw milk. - SAPA trekking is completely organised by them so we were quite disappointed to see that we were put in a extremely old coach for 6 hrs without heating (temperature of 2 degrees) and the homestay was completely open no window all for 90$.61

This boutique hotel is located in the heart of the vibrant old quarter of Hanoi. Everything is close by, walking distance. Rooms are smaller comparing to Dubai standards, as it’s an old city. Very clean, AC working perfectly and hot water in the shower. The staff is very friendly and helpful, first night I arrived very late, all restaurants were closed and reception ordered food for me as I was so hungry! They also helped me with all laundry and I even got an upgrade. Can really recommend to everyone who wants to experience the authentic side of Hanoi. Jack,Lynn,Toni,Phanh are the key people during your stay.
