        I did not have a good experience at Starlight Hotel. I booked a standard room with them months in advanced because of the good reviews. I get my room and it is disgusting. The walls are dirty, there is no window like shown during the booking, the bidet washer had mold on it, the shower head is unclean, the walls and sink area also had mold. The “window” they have for you opens up to a dark crack between the buildings. There were hair still on the bedsheets, indicating they did not change it. I went back to reception and spoke to the manager to tell them about the problem and that Im u happy with my room but they told me the photos were nice from “before covid” and sometimes the dirtiness happens. The manager was not flexible in switching rooms or offering to do anything about the problems. I would not recommend staying here due to the lack of hygiene and poor customer service. The mold and dirtiness is a health hazard. They would not give my money back that I paid for 3 nights so I just took the loss and went somewhere else that is cleaner. I was with family and we booked 5 rooms, we all left. Hope you don’t stay here. There are plenty of better options.

        The room was Deluxe one but not clean. I could't sleep during the stay because was very very very noisy, to close to the main street and the Windows are too old. Terible experience. Sometime the staff lock the main door, I don't know for what reason. They never think about a fire or something bad.🙄

        The rooms need updating, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK. Our room was quiet, as at the back of the hotel.

        We stayed at this hotel and we had a great experience over here! The service was amazing and especially Viet anh helped us out a lot! He made us stay a memorable and comfortable experience!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
