The property is good and in central location. The rooms could have been more cleaner. The rooms are big and bathroom too. But the amenities are bit old. All the slippers in our room were broken. The floor was also not that cleaned. The breakfast is good. We had booked a family room with 2 queen beds and it was really big. Will recommend for families.

Very well managed hotel. Good value for the price. Very friendly and helpful manager and staff. Clean rooms with quite new furniture. Breakfast buffet is small, but everything is fresh and we also liked the freshly cooked soups, eggs and other stuff. Highly recommended! Relatively quiet for the area it is located at.

We booked a 2 night stay. First night we arrived and were told that they didn't have a room for us so had to move us to their different hotel down the road for the first night and then come back for the 2nd night. The bed in the other hotel was very springy and we had a bad sleep, there was also no bar fridge which was what we were looking for. 2nd night after having to repack our bags we got into the new room. The bed was much better. However the bar fridge didn't work, after informing the front desk they were unable to get someone to fix it before we left the next day . Great location for what we were after in Hanoi

Top floor room with great view balcony, quieter at night. The bathroom door lock is broken, clogged drainage and be careful of the hot cold faucet switch, the water temperature increases slowly, if you sway too much to get the hot water, it may come out boiling hot later. No complimentary water bottles as told.

My wife and i had a lovely stay in this hotel. Friendly helpful staff and ver clean room. Is very close to the centre of Hanoi so walking to the pubs and resteraunts no problem.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
