The bungalow is the best ever place we visited and had a nice time. Further the staff specially Suranga, Prasanna and Gayan were very positive and they looked after us very well . Also food is delicious and enjoyed.

er the hustle and bustle of Kandy, and busy days sight seeing, it was really lovely to escape just little way out of town to this peaceful and luxurious accommodation. We enjoyed the luxury of having the entire bungalow to ourselves, whilst at the same to time we enjoyed the little walk up the hill to use the restaurant and swimming pool. The service was excellent, and the bungalow was immaculate. We would love to return to the bungalow and share it with a group of friends

This hotel is wonderful, 5 star luxury at its best. Highly attentive staff and nothing too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and very well equipped. A lovely walk to the west end and all the main tourist attractions.

The hotel check in is smooth. The front desk staff reach out to find your eta. The room was clean and freshened every night. Used the in room dining every night and Laxman was amazing ii with his service. The only con if i have to point any is that the Wifi was erratic and very slow Will recommend to friends and family

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
