Solid & affordable hotel in an excellent location…but my biggest complaint would be the bed. It was easily the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in while traveling in Southeast Asia. I saw another review that said you could feel the springs under the mattress and wow…it wasn’t an exaggeration. There are tons of hotels down the same narrow street that’s it tucked in, so proceed with caution.

Pretty basic hotel. Rooms are spacious and AC works well. Shower have good water pressure and gives you hot and cold water. No cockroaches or rats around so rooms are clean. Staff is friendly, when available. Usually they are not. When we arrived to the hotel there was nobody around. We waited for 15min and then someone came to inform that we can leave our staff to hotel until check in time. When we checked out there was nobody around so we just left the key on table and left. Also they do not really clean your room unless you ask. And it’s hard to ask if you cannot find anyone. Always have to call to a manager since that’s the only option. And the bed. It’s horrible since you can feel the springs on the mattress. But still one of the best budget hotels in Hanoi.

I really liked the hotel for great value for money, clean and newly refurbished rooms. The staff were also friendly and spoke good English. It was a great location for exploring, close to everything, but away from the streets with heavy traffic. Loads of good food options and spas nearby. I would definitely come back for a budget stay. If I had one minor gripe, its that that aircon can take about 10 mins to cool the room on hot days.

Amazing hotel in Hanoi. Lisa and Martin were extremely helpful during our stay, finding the best deals and recommending which tours to go on. We booked Ha Long Bay, Ha Giang Loop and our taxi through them. The location is brilliant. It is walking distance to everywhere in Old Quarter. Great street food very locally to the hotel also. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Awesome stay! Martin was incredibly friendly and helpful the entire time. They were so helpful that at first I thought they were trying to sell me stuff. Eventually I realized they were just such friendly people that it made the stay very easy. I stayed for almost 3 weeks! The location is awesome. It’s right in the middle of the city so walking distance to everything. I’ll be back for my next trip to Hanoi.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
