        Extremely bad experience during my stay here. The room is smelly, the door lock is faulty and very inconvenient. Booked through Agoda, checked in but was still notified of cancellation and fee deduction. When asked, they pushed responsibility and told me to contact the bank to handle it. Will never come back!!

        I booked at booking 1 room 4ng, saw a message from book y/c CK, I replied to the account, no response, texted zalo to say the room was reserved, when I got there I said there was no room, because of the whole group. Everyone was tired so I accepted to pay an extra 100k to convert to 2 rooms. Result: the room was not well soundproofed and had an indescribable smell. Dear customer, if you can't manage your booking, don't post it online, it will affect others. Unpleasant experience while staying here, firstly the booked room was canceled even though I have contacted and got confirmed in advance, secondly I have to pay extra to get another room, and figure out the room isn't soundproofed also bad smell.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
