This isn't a Park Hyatt, but for 25 euros a night, this hotel is an amazing deal. The rooms were clean and spacious and warm, the view out the windows was really idyllic, and the breakfast was decent. The receptionists were also extremely friendly and there are public restrooms in the building. Great location near the Latvian academy of sciences, bus station, and central market as well and only 15 min walk to old town

The room was spacious and clean, very well heated. The staff was polite as well. However, the location isn’t ideal. It is quite far from the old town and all major attractions. Very scarcely populated, so might feel unsafe at night if you’re alone. The breakfast was decent.

Well located hotel but when we visited significant road and site works around the Central train station made the trip with baggage from the airport bus a little hard. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable though a little small. The hotel is good value.

This hotel is poor with improvements needed, despite the cheap price paid. The reception welcome is unfriendly and cold, with no directions to the room or restaurant for breakfast. The receptionist do not offer any advice on Riga and where to go. The rooms are very basic with upgrades needed. The rooms don’t have curtains and the wooden shutters do not close fully, allowing a lot of light to enter. My room was very noise with guests stamping their feet above. This also caused a loud squeak which woke me up everyday at 5am. The bathrooms have a shower curtain which is not adequate for any hotel. The shower tray had no cover along the edge next to the floor. Yes the hotel is cheap, but this should not stop basic necessities being adhered to.

Nice hotel not far from the center of Riga. The room was clean and spacious, the staff helpful. For breakfast not everything is available, but there is still a decent choice; the space available for breakfast is limited, but if you can't find a table just grab a tray and move to the upstairs dining room. The hotel is a 30 minutes walk from the city center, but it is near a bus stop and the train station. Free wifi is available, but in my room there was almost no coverage.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
