Very neat, the room was spacious, excellent service from everybody, situated very conveniently in the old city. I have to eat gluten free, and that was beautifully observed at the breakfast which was great. (I guess I had better mention nowadays that there were no insects of any kind.)

Well located hotel within walking distance to the Old Town. Nice room with a great view, and the food was delicious. Pleasant and service-minded hotel staff and small mini spa with sauna and good massage. Extra thanks to reception staff and spa staff for pampering me on my birthday! What more could you wish for. Will definitely be back!

Great location to stay for exploring Gdansk, but note that there is construction on the riverside outside the hotel. There was no noise when we were staying but there is fencing up across this stretch of the river. The room is spacious, service is friendly and breakfast is good. We didn't have breakfast included with the room so we opted to order from the a la carte menu and each dish was delicious.

First of all, the staff was very friendly and helpful! We had a very spacious room with a view on the water, which was wonderful to wake up to. It had a bathtub and a coffee/tea maker as well. That's accompanied by a luxurious breakfast buffet, offering lots of fish, vegetarian, even vegan options. Afterwards exploring the city can start - because everything is in walking distance; old city, ferries, museums. And in the evening, too tired to go out, the fish restaurant will serve interesting fusion cuisine, with vegetarian options, and cocktails to end the day in style.

This hotel was brilliant. Perfectly located and the rooms were wonderful. Staff were perfectly polite and made us feel welcome at all times. The restaurant attached to the hotel is amazing for breakfast

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
