It really surprised me a lot, perhaps the best hotel I have been to in China (this is my third trip), because of the treatment of the staff, you feel at home. Almost all the staff speak English, which is also a plus. The location, in a typical hutong, is privileged, since it is very close to the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Jingshan Park, we walked from the hotel, about 20 minutes through the alleys of the hutong. But if you don't like walking much, the metro is very close. Frankly, when I go back to Beijing, I know where to stay.

Very expensive and poor quality. Be careful in Beijing with Google Maps as it gives wrong situations and addresses (using VPN, without it you also cannot access). The staff does not speak English and they cannot help you much with the requests you make. If you start your trip to China in Beijing, it is normal that you will have many things to ask.
