The 3rd times stayed in this hotel and much better now since pandemic was over. Cleanliness is improved, properties are also improved. Not too many facilities such as breakfast, pool, etc. However, it doesn't matter, because we can find many foods around the hotel. Most important is the distance is near to MRT Station. When I came to this hotel, my room was upgraded since the requested was not available, thank you.

A strategic 2 stars-hotel in Melawai Blok M area. Though there are so many cafes scattered around the area, you may double check its halal condition first. Fortunately, you also have so many foodstalls as alternative along the street. All are easy to reach by walk. The surrounding area is pedestrian friendly. This hotel isn't far from Blok M plaza, station and Blok M square + Tokyo street :) I had stayed for 5 days during Ramadhan, got standard queen bedroom and the overall service is adequate and nice. I am so glad I got a nice outdoor and landscape view from my room. Keep up the hospitality. :D

very close to public transportation; MRT Blok M BCA. you can walk there in a maximum of 5 minutes. finding food is very easy even in the middle of the night.

Decent location with plenty of food and cafes in the area, close to the MRT train which can connect you to the airport train. The wifi is not good at all here, could be a little cleaner, comfy bed, some rooms have a view of a wall so they are dark if you care about that type of thing. Friendly staff, free washer/dryer in the hotel (only one though)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
