Below standard hotel for above average price. Not worth more than 600k / night. My “executive” room had: - Lights impossible to turn off for the night (!!!) - window that led into the hotel corridor, not outside (no fresh air and light) - twin bed consisting of two single beds that kept rolling around at night creating a chasm between mattress And this was “better” room that I paid extra for. Also breakfast buffet had a very small choice of food. Only good thing is that they have a nice looking lobby. I was never in my life so disappointed in a hotel.

Super clean room. I booked the pandorama suite and it was very spacious. The bathroom was big and very clean and new looking. The staff were quite nice as well. Not much food for breakfast but that's OK. They have an egg station, coffee, and baguettes which is all in want for breakfast anyway. I enjoyed my stay here very much.

We stayed 2nights, the bathroom water was clogging, no hot water and severe water leakage from the ac, we had to change rooms in the middle of the night. The keycard to the room wasn't working , 12am in night we were stuck out of our room. They have a jacuzzi which did not have hot water. Staff did not respond properly. My jewelry was stolen from my bag from the room itself. No response to emails when requested for solution. Overall very bad experience

I stayed here a few nights with my partner, and we enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean, the staff was always friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was good. While this place might not be as central, there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

15 min walk to walking street. On a main road but very quiet. Rooms need a freshen up, the mattress is very firm.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
