We had a lovely stay at this hostel - the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much to ask! We booked a snorkelling tour through them and saw manta rays! Also booked an island tour with them and the driver was so lovely - taking all our pictures and we could stay as long as we wanted at each stop for the cheapest price we saw! The hostel itself was a little run down but fresh clean towels and comfy beds made it worth it. It is only a 3 MINUTE walk from the harbour which was also perfect. My friends and I love this place and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay a couple cheap days on the island!

Really close to the pier. Rooms are reasonably ok for the price you pay and the charging points work. There’s one toilet/shower in the dorm room and two toilets outside. The host is incredibly chill and seems like a nice guy. VALUABLES SAFETY ISSUE: Many of us had stuff stolen from our beds/bags. Some had money stolen and someone stole my fanny pack which was kept on my bed. There are no cctv cameras and the host doesn’t seem too concerned if you report this to him. He just nods which was my only gripe with him. Other than that he’s a stellar guy.

Cute little hostel, friendly staff always smiling and ready to help! It’s not a party hostel but it’s really nice to rest and enjoy your time there. They help you with motorbike rent too! And if you extend your days they always make a discount 🖤

It's okay to stay if you just want to put up for a night close to the Penida harbour where some boats land from Bali (but not all boats). Rooms are cramped and toilets unclean. Wifi poor so don't even think of working from here. The staff however is very helpful. Overall, there are better and cleaner hostels for the same price in Nusa Penida. Check out Gendhong hostel. It's next to the harbour where the boats leave Penida (yes there are two harbours on the island).

We dealt with Sakti a lot during our stay and he was so helpful with us during our week on the island. Even when we had a bank issue he helped us get to the bank easily and without stress. He was always happy to offer help and advice and made our stay an easy breezy one! See him for your scooter, ferry tickets anything and you will get a fair price and smiling face!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
